2010 - Reservation Policy
If you are interested in Booking either or both Properties, please include the following information in your Inquiry:
- Name of primary Guest, Home address, Cell phone, and Email
- The exact dates of your desired stay. (Check-in 3pm and Check-out is 11am)
- Total Number of Guests in your party, including any Children + their ages.
- Any special needs
- Once a Rental Agreement (RA) has been approved and signed, we will send you the House Guidelines, Activity recommendations and other useful local info.
- Final payment will be due 60 to 90 days before arrival. After all payments have been received, you will receive a confirmation letter and directions to the house.
2010 - Security Deposit Policy
- Security deposits tell us that you are serious and interested in renting the property and they allow us to deduct for possible damages that might occur during your stay. Deposits are refundable within 14 days of your departure.
- “Advance Deposits” will be required for Larger Groups &/or Multi-home rentals that are booking during our ‘PRIME Seasons’, like Major Holidays, Kona IronMan/Marathons & Special Events. These Advance Deposits may not be refundable due to a cancellation.

2010 - Refunds and Cancellation Policy
When a cancellation becomes necessary, we will make every effort to find a guest for the period that you have reserved. If you have a friend or relative who might be interested, we will be happy to work with them in your stead. - When a cancellation occurs more than 60 to 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your Security Deposit will be returned and there will be no additional charge. Any portion of the total rental balance that we are able to recover by renting to another guest will also be returned.
- If the Cancellation occurs Less Than 60 days (for Low & High Season’s) or 90 days (for Prime Seasons) of your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your security deposit. Any portion of your total rental balance that we are able to recover by renting to another guest will be returned to you.
- No fees or deposits will be returned for failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation.

- Mandatory ‘Advance Deposits’ for Prime Seasons & Special Event Conditions are excluded from our regular refund policy.
